We add rich and tangy hard cheese and flavorful pesto spices, with a slight hint of garlic, to our first-class extra virgin olive oil. The taste quality and “temperature” of the oil do not fade during cooking. Make sure you have plenty of crusty bread on hand. It goes extremely well also with pasta, soups, salads, veggies and as a dressing for a tasty bruschetta.
